How fast can you lose weight without it being unhealthy?
This offseason, I'm planning on making a great effort to lose weight. For all those wondering, the rest will be 6 weeks. This is what I'm planning to do:-Eat a very razonable.-Taking supplemental proteína.-Drink plenty Agua.-in my bike for an hour or two a Day-Going to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday and do some anaerobic exercise to build lean muscle. Would this not unhealthy? I feel that I lose weight fairly quickly, but a friend told me to lose weight fast is almost as unhealthy as being overweight in the first place. Is my plan reasonable? Thoughts?
Start it before the break, start slow, take time for your body adjusts to all changes. Die of hunger is as bad as burning all the calories you ate that day, just make sure you have 1200 calories a day, and biking for an hour perhaps two, seems a little extreme, for now, especially if you are leaving an inactive lifestyle. Your friend is right, Just do not go overboard with the exercise. If your body goes into starvation mode could easily win all the weight back as fast as you lost it. Good luck!
