What is the quickest and safest way to lose weight / fat baby? Any advice?
I'm 28 / F, who has had 4 children. I'm done with having children and I am looking to lose all the weight of having my children. I have to lose 35-45 pounds. What can I eat that can help to help me lose weight and not just keeping it on? I have a bad habit of eating the wrong foods, and want to know what foods are appropriate when a person is trying to lose weight. Does anyone know the quickest and safest way to lose weight?
sorry but I do not think there is easy shortcuts. Is, just eat less, exercise more. As for food choices, my general rules are: – the iron / steam 's better than fried – green better than meat – better than the sweet fruit – protein better than starches – but water, if too soft then go for hot drinks, not cold – Observation Serving size is very important too, only eat 70-80% of capacity because otherwise u've overeating – be full of flavors, but smaller portions will be more satisfying than shit, tastes, also largely diet that I mentioned a few times before – it's better to eat less to do tonnes exercise, Becos or run vigorously for an hour burns about 500 calories, I'd rather skip the piece of cake and enjoy something I do in that hour. but exercise or shades to keep some kind of exercise is necessary.
