What is the quickest and safest way to lose weight / fat baby? Any advice?

I'm 28 / F, who has had 4 children. I'm done with having children and I am looking to lose all the weight of having my children. I have to lose 35-45 pounds. What can I eat that can help to help me lose weight and not just keeping it on? I have a bad habit of eating the wrong foods, and want to know what foods are appropriate when a person is trying to lose weight. Does anyone know the quickest and safest way to lose weight?

sorry but I do not think there is easy shortcuts. Is, just eat less, exercise more. As for food choices, my general rules are: – the iron / steam 's better than fried – green better than meat – better than the sweet fruit – protein better than starches – but water, if too soft then go for hot drinks, not cold – Observation Serving size is very important too, only eat 70-80% of capacity because otherwise u've overeating – be full of flavors, but smaller portions will be more satisfying than shit, tastes, also largely diet that I mentioned a few times before – it's better to eat less to do tonnes exercise, Becos or run vigorously for an hour burns about 500 calories, I'd rather skip the piece of cake and enjoy something I do in that hour. but exercise or shades to keep some kind of exercise is necessary.

Can I lose weight running on the treadmill every day?

I need to lose 30 pounds on June 29. I've been eating fewer calories and reduce the sugar from my diet. I've been running on the treadmill every day for an hour and I'm not sure if this will help me. I meet a coach to train strength, but I ran out of session and can not afford to return. Any suggestions for quick weight loss?

If you want to lose 2 pounds a week, you need to be on burning calories consuming more than 1k per day. I burn about 600 calories in 30 minutes on a treadmill, but I'm probably bigger than you. That's about 3.5 miles in 30 minutes. If you are fairly heavy, running an hour a diet that would break even without exercise could. If you size is closer to more women, I imagine that there was still need to eat a little less than you burn, not running. It will help you safely keep running. Keep the sugar in your diet. Cut fried food too. You do not want your body overdiet or shutdown mode, just try to eat controlled portions and make sure you're eating a balanced diet. Most of us are eating too many carbohydrates, not enough Protien and vegetables.
