How much weight will I lose if I start to run and do weight watchers?

I want to lose weight, but I'm all about that pill diet. I tried weight watchers before but I was busy with getting things ready for my wedding that was the last thing on my mind to eat well. If I do Weight Watchers and run / gym weight, what do you think I lost in about 2 weeks?

But the body of everyone loses weight at different rates. Someone who jogs every day, while on Weight Watchers for two weeks could lose 5 pounds in which someone could lose only 2. What foods can cause weight gain more and less, besides being full?

Quite a friend of mine is trying to gain some weight (which is incredibly fine), so I thought about trying to help. We are trying to find out which foods could cause the increase of more weight, but would not complete (or it would take a lot to make it complete). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PB & J sandwiches fast everyday foods with high sugar content in food every day things have been putting more fat on me. but your friend needs to earn a reasonable weight, Right? I do not want to become fat, I guess. lard to drink or eat fast food every day is not smart things to do. thin extreme weight gain probably not easy if you only eat foods high in calories. you (you) need the help of weight supplement, shake, weight gain etc and not get obese or ill is good.
