What do you think of the weight chart?

I recently went to the doctor and he said according to the table I am over weight. I'm 5'1 "and I guess to weigh between 105 and 115 pounds. Does anyone else think it's too thin?

How to gain healthy weight with a high metabolism?

I'm 19, female and have a high metabolism all my life and I like it. I am small (5'1 "and weighs 85 lbs.)! Not healthy for me to be this small, I earn some healthy weight. I know that eating things like bread, meat, food high in carbohydrates and protein, but what else can I do?

I can not follow a diet without giving up. I do not like to say people like my family and friends because its embarrassing im diet. And they just said there is no need to diet. I'm not just wear big fat I can not wear bikinis or feel comfortable showing too much skin! Any ideas on how to lose weight this way?

I'm starting to Weight Watchers at home. I had a baby 7 weeks ago, but I'm not lactating. I have 1 to 8ib

to lose. How much can I expect to lose a week? and what would be a realistic time goal to lose 8 pounds 1stone?

Hi! When I started ww lost 5 kilos in the first week (say their water from it) and then out to average about 1 or 2 pounds a week after that. Some weeks I lost nothing and won a few weeks. I wanted to take the weight slowly so that he would stay out. It took me 2 months to lose 1 stone. It sounds long, but worked hard and gained muscle tone and, I must say that my confidence increased a lot because I felt fine and thinning. A piece of advice I give is always Try to eat your daily points allowance. Do not shave other 5 points with the hope of getting faster.
