What makes you lose more weight, diet or exercise?
Just wondering which one you lose the most weight. Diet or exercise?
If the exercise you want to lose weight you should eat every 2-3 hours a day, but eat small meals and not eating after 8 pm and exercise … Did you know that 3,500 calories = 1 pound so if …. lost 3,500 calories, lose 1 pound … some exercises you can lose the most calories include running, swimming, jumping rope …..
