Just wondering which one you lose the most weight. Diet or exercise?

If the exercise you want to lose weight you should eat every 2-3 hours a day, but eat small meals and not eating after 8 pm and exercise … Did you know that 3,500 calories = 1 pound so if …. lost 3,500 calories, lose 1 pound … some exercises you can lose the most calories include running, swimming, jumping rope ….. Can you lose total body weight cycling?

What I mean is that you can lose your entire body weight of cycling, as the stomach fat, back fat, sagging of the arm? If so how does it work? I prefer biking to running because my knees are bad and tension in the Achilles tendons.

Yes you can. However, there are more then that. Cycling alone will not make you lose a significant amount of Wight, but combined with a proper diet and gymnastics (exercises without weights), you will begin to see results. Biking is a form of cardio and cardio exercises burn calories, which in turn means you will lose weight. Also remember to stay hydrated at all times, even when cycling.

How will losing weight effect my tattoo?

I'm thinking of losing about 60 to 70 pounds when I'm through and I wanted to know how could try what my tattoos will not be stretched or anything whenever you lose all that weight. I have one on my arm and one on my wrist. Any idea will be appreciated.
