How to lose weight in stomach youur and expect to win in the legs?

I'm happy with my body like I'm a size 2 but I have chicken legs, that make my stomach look bigger then it. How can I gain weight on the legs and lose weight in your stomach?

I was not going to answer this, but then I realized how terrible some of the answers were. This is a real answer. Infact you can gain weight and lose one point to another. The fat will accumulate in your stomach unless you have little body fat. To lose body fat you need a good cardiovascular exercise and healthy diet. To shape your legs, you need do weightlifting exercises that target legs. By adding cardio, diet, and weight lifting will effectively lose fat everywhere, including stomach and gain muscle in the legs and booty. You have to do squats, dead weight, fencing, cycling endurance, running the hill / stairs, raises calf of the leg press. These are all great leg exercises, but the number 1, better and easier for you going to be squatters. So if any or all the exercises i name, make sure you at least do your squats. Weight loss is a global process and no magic answers. Ignore supplements for weight loss and pills and all the latest fashions. You have to think about many things, but most of them are related to the issues we have long known. I am doing water aerobics for 16 weeks 2 times a week. I'm 5'4 or 5'5 133 from the last time I weighed myself (2 days) that have fat in the abdominal area. I know you do not can lose weight in a targeted area, so if I can not lose weight How am going to pitch or how many inches I lose.

Why women gain weight during pregnancy?

I know, obviously the baby and fluid and placenta, but where is the rest of the weight is? sitting around? stuffing their faces with cake? Is it possible to lose weight during pregnancy to eat very healthy and exercising?

Well, I'm from Europe (but live here in the U.S.) and I'll tell you what no additional fat gain during pregnancy exists. What your baby needs only extra100 calories a day for 6 months, and 300 last 3 months. Please do some research on the year 1990, when the U.S. documents began to recommend a weight gain to avoid law suites. Docs generalized to a general audience, and give the same advice to save anybody just to be sure. Recently I asked my friend OBGIN nurse if I gain any weight if I'm pregnant (I 125p, 5'7). She said no, unless an anorexic. When I had my 1 baby in 1996, nobody I recommended that any increase in weight then, and has not yet, just get a weight of baby and placenta, etc. So it was the same weight was 9 months when I left the hospital, however, my daughter 8'2 weighted pounds 21 inches. more infants of mothers who gained 40 pounds. My daughter now is the best in school, winner of National Science and Mathematics, and is in better shape then their obese peers. She also has allergies and the perfection health. I write and write here about a large U.S. health care system, but I just want people to do some research and use of a common scene, when someone tells you that your fat ass will contribute to the health of your baby. Obviously 70% obesity in this country is not good enough (btw obesity was actually until after 1990), I taught and do a lot of research. I do not trust U.S. health care system or, in which all based on money and fear of lawsuits physicians. (FYI more than 50% of U.S. doc recommended surgeries that are not needed, is done "in case" even though the side effects can be fatal). Again, do some research, will be surprised.

Yes definitely! Somone I know tons of taking and when he did soda water instead lost like 20 pounds! Why not try Weight Watchers? It really works! Just a suggestion. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Cut sugar and white bread and flour as best he can. It has only a small portion of trash each day, or 3 times a week * 8 glasses of water daily 2 servings low-fat milk whole wheat bread (100%), lean meats and beans start walking! Works great, I hope that helped
