Does weight training help to improve the health of your heart?

I know that cardio is good for the heart and lungs. But when I'm lifting weights my heart beats very fast course to lift and a while later, obviously, the supply of oxygen, blood etc. where needed. They also sweat a little just for an hour after a good workout too. My question is, is lifting weights helps me maintain a healthy heart? Really I'm not talking fat loss aspect, but rather the increase in heart rate, does the same benefits as do a cardio work out? Thanks boys.

if you can lift weights at a pace that will keep your heart in this HR range, then yes it will make it more or less the same thing a cardiovascular workout. more likely, however, with the lifting of heavier weights, which is not happening.

What is the ideal weight gain late in the second quarter?

I'm 25 weeks and 3 days pregnant and have gained 16 pounds. Almost all in the past 4-6 weeks. My doctor is not worried, but I'm alone …. curious how much weight I wanted to end the second quarter, and in your opinion, what is ideal gain by then? I'm 5'8, started around 139 pounds and am currently 155 pounds. Thanks!

How to lose water weight without buying the products?

I'm going to the beach before and I have some water i need to lose weight. How do I do at home without buying any products

1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 to make some of you workouts. Rise early shocks your metabolism because your body needs more energy to move forward. Right? This starts your system in the way of weight loss. Starting early with about 10 minutes of stretching. Take a cup of coffee to get the blood going well. 2. Do all abdominals as you can. Just do. 15 or 20 whatever, do not have much time to work. 1 minutes rest repeat, do this for 6 games. Already gasping and feels worn out, because the body is working extra hard to be early and then go right into the exercise. If the morning lets you work your heart, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes. 3. Diet. Cut all food portions in half, just cut in half, nothing fancy or complicated, halving! Cut all bread products, all meat juices, sweets, crisps, cocktail night, etc. If you crave at night to eat a banana, other fruit or yogurt best without fat. There are some other tasty it is. 4. At night take another 6 sets of squats maxing each set. Cardio again. The trick is to keep up early. Yes it is difficult, why it is so effective. Why do you think that the Army was up so early, that the training is intense to the max.
