What foods should I eat to gain muscle weight, not fat weight? (Low-calorie foods please)?

I'm 14, 5'7 and weighs 162, and I have a lot of muscle because I play to lift weights four days a week, but I want to know what foods to eat to really increase my muscle mass and viability of it to increase my strength. If possible may be low in calories? I do not want 115LB lost any weight gain back fat.

Lean meats like chicken is good to help build muscle and fish is also high in protein too. They obviously do contain calories, but they are empty calories and, besides being rich in protein also contain other nutrients that nourish your body. I hope this helps =)

I need some advice please weight loss – pills, etc?

I really want to tone up – I'm 52kg and 5 "6 (but muscle weighs more than fat and I have like no muscle). Im thinking about taking diet pills and perhaps only eating fish and salad, and just things (even will soy milk for calcium and a few pieces of bread a day). I have pale skin so I always look fatter than me. Im also considering buying some pills called Blaster fat are appetite suppressants, but I wonder if there are other better. Advice? Any weight loss tips appreciated

52kgs is not "fat"??? If you want to tone … make at least 100 sit-ups during the day, try at least 20 at a time, 5 replicates. Walk at least 5 klms a day .. fast paced, light weights and curl, using both arms. seafood and salads are good, do not forget to drink plenty of water. Water can suppress your appetite, and is better than a pill full of amphetamines.
