How much is the normal amount of weight a woman must get before your period?

I ask because I always get a ton of weight. I never really weight difference but if I had to guess I would say anywhere between 3-10 pounds. Once my period starts to lose weight. I wonder how is the normal amount of weight you should win and why women including weight gain?

Hello. I threw the same each month. It could be different for you, because although maybe your body retains more water then most people. Some people gain weight because of the "big eats" I tend to eat a lot right before I have mine, so winning anywhere between 2-5 pounds before, and just when I stop time, I return to normal eating, and lost. Im not sure if your winning by more eating, Presentation of water and stuff, but I'd say anywhere from 0-10 pounds is normal as long as you return to normal afterwards!
